      Once again, Codemart is collaborating with the INCF (International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility) to mentor students working on neuroinformatics challenges!

      Since June, 3 students are improving and extending The Virtual Brain (TVB) simulation platform:

      • Improving personalized models of fMRI recordings including individual region-specific HRF in The Virtual Brain
      • Upgrade and Fix tvb-gdist C++ Library
      • TVB: Web GUI for reconstruction pipeline

      Lia and Paula from Codemart are joining Daniele Marinazzo from the TVB team at the University of Gent (Belgium) to mentor the students over the summer.
